  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking link.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us.
  • Velvex Shops is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package is lost, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
